Our soaking pool is the perfect complement to your visit. The pool is an oasis surrounded by natural rock formations and lush green flora. Open year-round, and from early ‘til late, bathing suits are required and locker rooms are provided. Overnight visitors and those with Ruby’s Spa appointments are invited to enjoy the pool for free.

Open to hotel guests 8am – 11pm.

General public: adults & supervised minors welcome Sunday – Thursday, 10:30am – 6:30pm.

The Soaking Pool will be closed the second Tuesday of the month for maintenance.

The general public is invited to enjoy the soaking pool for $10 per person for an hour soak (ages 12 and up), $5 (ages 3-11), while kids 2 and under are free. A valid photo ID is required for all adults entering the pool. Reservations for the pool can only be made online or over the phone and within 14 days.

• Towels not provided
• Soaking reservations are limited to one hour

• Minors (persons under 18 years) must be with a parent or guardian at all times
• No smoking in the pool
• No glass containers
• Please be respectful of other guests
• No horseplay, jumping or diving
• No pool toys or recreational flotation devices
• Swimsuits are required & swim diaper required for any child not potty trained, NO EXCEPTIONS
• Do not add bubble bath, soaps or fragrance into the water
• No outside beverages or containers are allowed

Items left behind in the soaking pool will be kept for 7 days before being donated.

Failure to comply with these rules and regulations is grounds for us to deny access to the soaking pool.
